Computers are a fundamental part of your business (just like your phones, vehicles and other tools you use), computers break down and need routine maintenance to continue to function properly. We can save you the hassle and frustration of losing valuable time, expensive equipment, or (worse yet), critical data.

We offer two types of Maintenance Agreements to help both Business and personal computer networks. Check below for a basic run down of both of these types and remember that we tailor our agreements to meet the needs of our clients.

ALL ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PLAN

  • We will contact you once every 30, 60 or 90 days (on a pre-arranged schedule) to set a maintenance appointment. No need for you to remember when to do it.
  • clean up your computer(s), removing any spyware, adware, malware, viruses, and general computer “clutter” that accumulates over time and slows down your system’s performance.
  • Since dust accumulates inside your system (preventing critical components from cooling properly), we physically clean your system as well.

  • We will back up your files and data per a pre-arranged backup protocol and verify that your backup systems are functioning properly.


BASE MANAGEMENT PLAN

This Contract Service Plan is designed to provide network management support. This agreement includes weekly or bi-weekly visits to actively manage your computer, network or peripheral systems.This will include verifying the regular back-up of critical data, changing back-up media, establishing access criteria, monitoring system security (including users and user passwords), scheduling back-up recovery drills, and verifying active virus protection.

These appointments are normally scheduled on the same day and time each week to provide the necessary structure to manage the network effectively.  This service can be included in the maintenance contract at an additional  rate. With this contract plan we provide up to 20 hours a month for management and work. This allows us to make service calls at no extra charge and allows a discounted rate for any repairs that need to be made on the computer itself. The discount rate with this plan is 1/2 the normal rate for all work done outside the 20 hours.

FREE PHONE SUPPORT
Call us anytime you have a question, concern, or problem regarding your computer or its operation. Most times we can walk you through a process or answer your questions with a quick telephone conversation.

FRONT-OF-THE-LINE PRIORITY
If there are repair issues that can’t be handled over the phone, you’ll receive priority (over non-agreement customers) in scheduling a service call.

REDUCED LABOR RATE (1/2 price labor)
All routine maintenance work is included in your maintenance agreement. Any additional work we do for you will be at 1/2 our normal applicable rate. This rate is viable for repairs, new system construction, training, or any projects that you might need help with. Emergency (same day, after hours, and holidays rates) service not included. 1/2-price labor does not apply to laptop hardware repairs (broken screen, DC jack replacement) or Data Recovery Services.

How Do I Arrange a Maintenance Agreement
To arrange a site survey and to talk about a support agreement we follow 4 simple steps;

  1. We arrange a meeting at your location to discuss which services you would like and on which products. During this meeting we’ll also be able to talk about any problems you’re currently having with your network and recommend some solutions.
  2. A site survey and audit.
  3. We’ll submit a quotation for your support agreement reflecting exactly what you’ve asked for within 24 hours.
  4. Terms are agreed and the contract starts.

This can all be done in 1-2 days if you’re in a hurry so once you’ve found us there is no reason to struggle on with your troublesome network.

If you decide to take up a maintenance agreement within 30 days we’ll even refund the call out charges for this first call.
